The members of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church support, in part, the cost of providing this Early Childhood program. As a ministry of the congregation, we gladly provide financial help to families based on individual need. We welcome CCCAP, CLIFF, and GAP participants.

Definitions
Fees are one time (yearly) expenses.
Tuition and Child Care is a monthly expense.
Books and Materials: Covers the cost of textbooks, workbooks, and any other learning material.
Full time Early Childhood Program: This refers to a child that is at Mt. Zion 5 days a week for 7 hours or more.
Deductions: All discounts are for children attending full time in Early Childhood Center.
- There is a 10% discount on tuition for the first child of active members of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church.
- There is a 20% discount on tuition for the second, third, and fourth sibling’s tuition in school or full time child care (5 days/week)
- If you are an employee of the University of Colorado, IBM, Ball Corporation, Boulder Community Hospital, or Covidien (Vally Lab), there is a discount of 5% on tuition for the first child.
- Multiple discounts do not apply (except in the event of 2 or more children).
- For every family you refer to Mt. Zion, your family will be given $25.00 per month off of one child's tuition for as long as the referred family is current on their tuition for up to one year.
- Financial aid is available to families who qualify. Application forms are available upon request.
Tuition Payments The tuition payments for the Early Childhood Program are due on the first day of the month. A $25 late fee is added to payments received after the 10th of the month. A $30 fee will be assessed for any returned checks.
Drop-in Care Due to availability we will be requiring parents to notify the office not less than one day in advance if you need to use drop in care on a certain day. Please contact the front office for availability and scheduling.
Drop-in Fees: Drop-in fees will be assessed in the amount of $10.00 per hour. If your child is not picked up by their scheduled departure time or arrive before 8 am a drop in fee will be charged. This fee will accrue at 1 minute past the hour or before 8 am. (i.e. If your child is due to be picked up at 5:00 and is picked up at 5:01 the charge is $10.00)
Late Pick Up - After 6 pm: If you pickup your child after 6:00 pm you will be charged a late fee of $30 for the first 1 minute, and $10.00 per minute thereafter.
School Break: Your child is welcome to use our child care program when school is not in session (i.e. Christmas Break, Spring Break and Summer Program). However, if your child is not in the full-time Early Childhood Program, you will be charged the drop-in child care rate of $6.00 per hour. See the school calendar for dates that apply.
